SHIPPING POLICY

At 3D Spark, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.

Once your order is paid, it will take 5 to 7 working days for your product(s) to be delivered.
Please note that delivery to outlying areas may take longer due to logistical challenges.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details.
Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible during business hours.
If there are any unforeseen delays, we will communicate these to you promptly.
